What are your favourite things about working with MetLife?

One of my favourite things about working with MetLife is the organisation’s strong commitment to customer satisfaction and its innovative approach to insurance solutions. I appreciate the collaborative work environment and the continuous opportunities for professional growth and development.

How do your clients benefit from holding a MultiProtect policy?

Clients who hold a MultiProtect policy benefit from its comprehensive coverage that provides financial protection against a range of eventualities, including accidents and certain serious illnesses. What sort of clients would you offer MultiProtect to?

Do you have a particular claims story you recall, where one of your clients who help a MultiProtect policy was supported by MetLife?

We have many stories shared within our group at Kalon, but one that stands out to me is from one of our advisers whose client had a claim paid within one week. Initially, before taking out a MetLife policy, the client did not believe in taking out an insurance policy. However, once their adviser outlined the benefits of a MetLife policy, such as coverage for hospitalisation, funeral expenses and more, she saw the value you in taking a policy out.

A couple years later, she was diagnosed with cancer and sadly passed away within four months. Her family had no money in savings, but thankfully as she had taken out a MultiProtect policy, they were entitled to over £4,000 from MetLife, which was able to help support them through the financial implications of her passing.
