Supporting our local community and its people

We believe in giving back to our local communities and having a positive impact on society. This is how we're doing it.

Our mission

We want to help build a safe and supportive community, that offers a better quality of life for all. That's why we make our responsibility to the communities we work in one of our core values.

We support various charities through our corporate sponsorship and match our employees' fundraising efforts.
We work with Inspiring Girls, TutorMate, Brighton & Hove City Council, The Conservation Volunteers and more.
In addition to our employee volunteer programs and charitable donations, we're proud to partner with local and national organisations that promote mental health and wellbeing, resilience and inclusion in the community.

Our charity partner is Winston’s Wish.

Winston's Wish is a nationwide childhood bereavement charity that supports bereaved children and young people, along with their families and the people that care for them.

Throughout the year, our employees carry out fundraising activities to help support them. In 2024 MetLife UK, along with a donation from MetLife Foundation, presented a cheque for £72,000 to help them reach more grieving children and young people.
