Clinical pathways support provides employers with a range of tools to support colleagues with MSK conditions, long COVID, or those who need long-term mental health support. The range of options mean that you can customise treatment plans to the employee’s needs. 

Clinical pathways support will provide you with a variety of resources which can quickly and effectively be used for in the moment support.

Clinical support pathways are available to all MetLife Group Income Protection members as standard. So, if you have Group Income Protection for your team these will be available to you.   
  
The pathways show how employees suffering from a range of conditions can be supported by both the employer and specialists provided by MetLife, to help employees get back on their feet and recover from ill-health.   
From advice and guidance, through to structured support and treatment, the clinical pathways aim to be there when employees need help, before and after a claim, and right through to rehabilitation if required.
