- We require written confirmation from a Director or authorised person at your firm (either an email direct from their work email address, or a letter signed by them.) You can email this to Onlineservices@metlife.com. If you have any queries you may contact Online Services on 0800 917 2006 and select Option 2
- If your client needs to change their details, they should contact Customer Services Team on 0800 917 0100
No, we are only able to set up selling brokers at the moment.
You will receive a confirmation that your email address has been updated. Your log in details will now be your new email address as your username, and your original password (you won’t need to set up a new password).

Our security – like with any secure portal such as banking – has a feature which automatically logs you out of the portal after 15 minutes of inactivity.
This is a feature of the MyMetLife portal security however we will be gathering feedback as part of this pilot phase and making future enhancements.
Users can reset their password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.
